The Hundred Tutorial

The Hundred is one of the foundation Pilates exercises and the first of the original 34 Moves from Joseph Pilates book Return to Life through Contrology.  The Hundred implements Pilates principles such as Precision, Control, Centering, Breath and Concentration and works our Spinal flexors and stabilisers, the Rectus Abdominals, Obliques and Hip Flexors.

This short tutorial offers adaptations and modifications so we can all achieve the best technique possible, feel safe and confident and enjoy being in the move.
