Since 2011, Louise Illingworth and I have been running Yoga and Pilates weekend retreats at East Dene, Bonchurch on the Isle of Wight. These fabulous weekends not only include all of your Yoga and Pilates classes but workshops and talks on subjects such as Ayurveda and Mindfulness, meditation and managing aches and pains. There are also guided walks and other outdoor activities on offer. We also have a beauty therapist available for treatments throughout the weekend.

In 2012 I teamed up with Kirsten Harder to bring Pilates Day Retreats to lovely venues in Hampshire. The days give us an opportunity to explore different avenues of Pilates and to be really creative, enhancing the principles and techniques taught in our regular classes. Combined with workshops, delicious lunches and afternoon tea and cake for a truly indulgent day. This has become a twice yearly event and we run 2 separate days over a weekend to accommodate growing numbers.
