5 Day Pilates Retreat at Domaine Du Pignoulet,
Midi-Pyrenees, SW France
We are returning for another fabulous 5 day Pilates Retreat to Domain Du Pignoulet from 18th – 23rd May 2024.

Domaine du Pignoulet is a beautiful french home in the Gascony region of France and is absolutely perfect for a rural Pilates getaway.
The cost of the weekend will include the following:
All Pilates sessions. We will practice in the mornings and the late afternoons in either the gorgeous outdoor barn overlooking the garden or the cosy indoor barn, depending on the weather.
Full board and accommodation. Susie and James provide absolutely delicious home-cooked food which includes breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, snacks and dinner, coffee, tea, soft drinks and local wines. We will have exclusive use of the entire house, comprising of kitchen, inside and outside dining rooms, a drawing room and beautiful bedrooms with super comfy beds. Some ensuite and some with shared bathrooms.
There is a beautiful garden and a swimming pool, you can go for lovely walks or simply read, relax and unwind. Le Pignoulet (pronounced Pee-noo-lay) really is a little slice of heaven and I know its magic will rub off on you.
