In this lovely flowing mobility routine, we explore not only mobilising our joints and stretching our muscles, we also bring our awareness to our Myofascia. The Myofascia is fibrous connective tissue that covers our entire body, over our bones and muscles, and it can also get tight and inhibit free flowing movement. The routine encourages multi directional planes of movement, following the fibres of our fascial slings, to leave us feeling stretched, released and less restricted in our movement patterns.
