Day 2 of 5 Minute Mindful Movement focuses on bringing your awareness to your pelvis and lower back. We can hold a lot of tension and tightness in theses areas which can lead to lack of mobility. Giving yourself just 5 minutes a day to connect to your body with mindful movement can improve your mental and physical flexibility and help to relive pain.
