The Conscious Connected Breath

This Breath practice is a CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATH. It is a lovely breath that is the basis for lots of other breathing exercises. The constant flow of energy is for healing and encourages an open breath movement to maximise our lung capacity and efficiency. You may feel the pace is slightly faster than usual, but there should be no force.

Although the breath practice helps to strengthen our mind/body connection, Conscious Connected breathing brings your awareness to what you are experiencing and how you are feeling in your body rather than your mind/thought process.  You are relaxed but completely awake and strengthening the rest and digest part of your nervous system, the parasympathetic nervous system, so you finish feeling peaceful and calm.
