SEATED FLOW

Enjoy a lovely flow of movements to mobilise our spine from a sitting position, including flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotations on the breath.  We will also get a lovely chest stretch, work our spine extensors and mobilise our shoulders. A complimentary flow to the standing routine, which can be done either on the floor or from a chair.
