NECK STRETCHES FOR PAIN RELIEF
A simple 10 minute routine of neck stretches to help you to manage neck pain. The stretches in this video aim to relieve tightness and tension not only in the neck but also in your upper body, so you will feel an improvement in your posture and just feel SO much better in yourself.
Mobilising our thoracic spin as well as gently stretching the neck will help us to move more freely and release those tight muscles more easily.

Neck pain is often caused by muscle strain, normally due to poor posture or support. Perhaps because we have slept with our neck in an awkward position, or because we spend a lot of time with our bodies rounded over computers, desks, steering wheels and our mobile phones which will also contribute to stiffness in the neck. Of course there are many other factors that cause neck pain such as abnormalities in the bones and joints, degenerative disease, trauma and arthritis so care should always be taken when stretching your neck.
