In Day 4 of this Mindful Movement series we are doing a Child Pose to all 4’s flow that allows you to explore moving in a way that feels good for you as you create physical spaciousness and mental stillness. Notice how it feels to be in your body as your move mindfully on your breath, reconnecting to your inner self to promote a sense of calm and well-being. Practicing just 5 minutes of mindful movement at any time of the day you feel you need some mental and physical space.
