Circular Flow

This routine begins with a Circular breath practice which we then use throughout the class in a grounding, relaxing AND energising circular flow routine. Perfect for focus at the beginning of your day or to ease you into your evening.

Morning Pilates

A super quick morning flow that is the perfect preparation for your day. This routine will help you to focus, to feel grounded and centred and will leave you feeling energised.

SEATED FLOW

Enjoyy a lovely flow of movements to mobilise our spine from a sitting position, including flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotations on the breath.
