I designed this lovely sequence for one of my students who was very stiff and achy in the mornings and finding it hard to even get out of bed. I also use it as part of my Friday Flow, Relax and Restore class on Zoom as it feels SO yummy!! The mobility and stretching exercises will ease your body gently into your day and can be done while you are still in your bed if you wish, but the sequence is also perfect for any time of the day and can of course can be done on your mat as well as on your mattress.
