Pilates for the Lower Back

When we think about taking care of our lower back we incorporate exercises that strengthen, stabilise, stretch and mobilise our back, hips, pelvis and Glutes.

  • Friday – 9:30 am – Pilates Workshops
  • Saturday – 9:30 am – Saturday Stretch
