Happy Hands

Our hands get stressed through everyday activity and can feel really stiff and achy.   Even though we are increasing our activity levels and thinking about our health and well-being, we do still tend to neglect our hands and our feet!!

This is a short sequence of therapeutic exercises that will improve flexibility in the small muscles of your fingers, hands, and forearms.  The exercises will help reduce inflammation, increase range of movement in the wrists, combating carpal tunnel syndrome and weak wrists, and will also improve dexterity in your fingers and hands. Afterwards, your fingers and hands will feel all sparkly and tingly and I am sure you will have very Happy Hands
