Pilates Routine

Pilates with a Ball – 1 hour workout

In this full length Pilates with a Ball class we challenge our stability, balance and core strength, with variations of matwork exercises including dips, single and double leg stretches and the clam. All moves can be modified and adaptations using a cushion or blanket are also offered.
